Good Article

First off sorry for the lack of productivity on my site lately. School is kicking my butt with regards to free time so I haven't been posting too much. I have several posts in the works but for now I have a link to The Captain's Journal where you will find an excerpt from my radio interview with Hugh Hewitt last month contributing to an overall argument against the rules of engagement (ROE) in Iraq. The Captain puts together a good argument against the constricting ROE that we had to face in Iraq so visit his site and let him know what you think.

Hey Tim! You just take care of business and we'll read whatever you've got whenever you have time to post something. You don't owe us, Son. We owe YOU!

Thanks for pointing us to that article Tim. After reading it I shudder to think we could actually lose this war, not just in Iraq, but the long war, if the miltary brass does not get their heads out of their asses with respect the Rules of Engagement. This is a major disservice to the ranks of enlisted men and women. It is, pardon my french, a fucking disgrace.

Thanks for not expecting too much out of me Miss Birdlegs but I do hope to post more often coming soon. There are a lot of things I want to say so we'll see if I can't get them down on "paper."

In regards to ROE I have been hearing that they are changing or will change with the troop surge so that is good. Like I argued in my article about the surge I believe that we need to relax the ROE so that all those soldiers can be put to good use. We'll see what happens though.

Membrain...To continue on where you left off..Some of us have realized for a good while that we can lose the whole dang shabang..if things don't change drastically in more areas than just the Military Command in Iraq. But to be fair the real blame can be laid at the feet of many. Politicians first, American citizens secondly who were afraid to stand up to liberal forces within our country--ie the multi-culturists, the PC crowd, the inaine peacenik crowd. For the last 30 years we have been letting it slip away from us without them firing a shot at us, and not so much as a good whimper from us. Thirdly the liberal media, many of them are true enemies of America. The politicians and teachers unions who have underminded our school system have helped to dumb down generations of young Americans. They are brainwashing institutions now and have been for quite a few years. And parents cower at their feet instead of saying, NO MORE! The court system that is on the side of the criminals and the terrorists and twists the laws of our land rather than see that justice is handed out as the laws demand. Wake up world. Open your eyes and look around you. We are past the heads in the sand stage and playing games holds no luster any more. Let's hope it doesn't come down to every man for himself. The ironic thing is that the liberals, the anti-war people, those who assist terrorists with their antiAmerican retoric and demonstrations will still be blaming Bush, Christians and the Jews as they get their throats cut or their rears blown up right along with the rest of us. Wait..maybe they won't have to fight with the rest of us..gutless as they are they will probably chosse to bow down to Mecca instead. Can't wait for your future blogs, Boggs.
Annie....call me a biggot and or a radical..at this point I could care less what any liberal has to say to me.

Tim,
You should come down for a visit, chicpilot is in mississippi - thats not far from here. Maybe we could arrange a meeting. All my years in flying, the good lookers far out number the bad when it comes to ladies and airplanes. She seems to at least have something going on between her ears.

Just looking out for my nephew...

Todd

Thanks Todd, I'll take that as a compliment! Its not often someone tells a girl she's pretty, or probably is, before they even meet her.
